Current Open Positions:

Part-time Teller (15hrs/week)

A teller provides basic cash processing and payment services in accordance with the Bank’s retail banking policies and procedures. Experience preferred.

Commercial Credit Analyst

The successful candidate will demonstrate capabilities in the following areas of responsibility:

  • Responsible for underwriting a variety of loan products and understanding how to perfect the Bank’s security interest as well as manage risk to the Bank through proper due diligence
  • Prepare Commercial Credit Memoranda and full underwriting packages including: cash flow analysis, value of collateral, and capacity of guarantors
  • Ensure the underwriting process complies with Bank Loan Policies, procedures and regulatory compliance standards.  Understand and comply with the underwriting guidelines/requirements of the SBA and other guaranteed government programs
  • Make lending and risk rating recommendations to Loan Officers
  • Engage in relationship management efforts through participation in customer calls, internal strategy meetings, and presentations to senior management
  • Perform annual credit reviews and monitor covenant compliance
  • Manage the Financial Tracking System, which includes initiating customer contact letters, collection of required financial documentation, updating financial spreads, and monitoring covenant compliance
  • Manage monthly collection and tracking of liquid and asset based collateral
  • Create monthly management and Board reports including New Loans Booked, Loans to One Borrower Report, Insider Report, Policy Exceptions Report, and the Loans Granted Report
  • Prepare impairment analysis and spreads in support of quarterly Watched Asset Reports
  • Manage the overall quality and content of credit files
  • Other duties as assigned to achieve department goals

The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in the following skills:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in commercial lending, with strong skills in commercial loan underwriting and an understanding of loan operations.  Formal credit training preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or equivalent
  • Broad knowledge of business lending, loan structuring, and portfolio management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
